As a consumer, you have the option of revoking your purchase, without a reason being needed for that, within a period of 14 days (cooling-off period).
The cooling-off period will end 14 days after the day you or a third party assigned by you, other than the carrier, have received the product.
You can revoke your purchase by sending the standard form for revocation (whether that be digital or not) to us within the cooling-off period or by letting us know unequivocally that you wish to revoke the purchase within the cooling-off period. In the case of a digital notification, we will confirm the receipt of the notification. After the notification, you must physically send back the products as soon as possible, but in any case within another 14 days.
However, it is easier to send us an email within the cooling-off period (firstname.lastname@example.org) or to call +31 (0)85-04 33 222. We will then send you a return label by email, which you can use to stick on the package to be returned. This procedure is easiest for you and us, so we would advise you to contact us in this way first. After the notification, you must also physically send back the products as soon as possible, but in any case within another 14 days.
If you do not want to first make use of the possibility to report a return, you can also immediately send back the products within the specified period of 14 days. We do request that you include the complete standard form with the products.

We request that you return the product in the original packaging and unused. Has the product already been opened and/or used? We may charge costs in that case. This concerns costs equal to the reduction in value of the product.
If you revoke the agreement, you will be refunded all payments, including delivery costs for the outward delivery (if paid), as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have stated that you wish to revoke the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method with which you paid, unless you agree another method with us. If you chose a more expensive delivery method for the outward delivery than our standard delivery method, then you will only be refunded the standard the delivery method. We may wait with refunding until we have received the products or until you have proven that you have returned the products.
